I brought my 2 series to Carlos and his team last week, and asked for 20% tint on all back windows, and 35% for the fronts. With frameless windows, tinting can become very very hard, especially in the wet weather in England. Price is best for miles, and the team did all windows within 45 mins. However, a few days later there were 2 problems with the front right window. There seemed to be a slight tear with the tint in the bottom corner nearest the wing mirror. I called him up, and the next day I was booked up, and his team corrected it free of charge. But, now there was a different problem. There seemed to be some air bubble with soap inside. Again, I called Carlos up, and straight away he had me booked in for the following morning, with no payment necessary. The mistake was corrected and the tint is perfect now.
